These terms of use regulate the relations between Kinetic Automotive Ltd. - the administrator of the website www.kinetik.bg and its Visitors.

DISPUTES

Applicable to any disputes between the parties concerning private law relations with an international element will be the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, where the parties provide exclusive jurisdiction for their resolution to the Bulgarian courts.
